Hi there, it seems that have been lying low for some time now because i have not posted anything for days. The truth is that i have been cracking my brain on what else to write about in our series of 'how to make $1000 or more monthly'. I made some reserch and i found out that making money, especially the big bucks, starts from one place: the mind. So if you will ever mdke substantial amount of money (online or offline) understand that it starts from your mind.

The person who will make money is someone who believes that he CAN. Let me ask you a question at this point, what can stop you from making thousand(s) of dollars monthly? Fear!!! Yes, you heard me well. Its not really anything else that stops you but the radical cause is fear. You might not totally agree but fear is a radical cause of failure that gives birth to other causes of failure. In this post i will mention two of the fears that might prevent a potential online business man from making the big money.

1. FEAR OF FAILURE. This fear is what has handicaped most struggling netpreneur and paralysed the aspiring netpreneur. But, this does not need to be so. You should surmmon courage and act despite the chances that you might fail. Infact, failure is success turned inside out. I am concerned about making money with blogs. I know, and i believe you do too, that an important factor is the (type) visitors to that come to website or blog. It seems, however, that traffic can be categorized to into two types (this is my opinion) targeted and untargeted traffic.
Let me start from the latter which as its name connotes is that category of visitors that might find their way to your site but are not intrested in, can not or will not contribute in any meaningful way to the purpose that you put up your site or blog for. These kind of visitors only add to the numbers or stats of visits to your site and nothing else.

A website or blog owner will want targeted traffic to his website. Why? In most cases he had monetized it with affiliate links, adsense or sales page for his product. It could be that his aim is for visitors to the home page or landing page to join a membership forum or private section of his site (free or paid). Whatever the case might be the bottom line is that he (owner of site) wants a sale, commission, increased click through rate on pay per click ad, some specific action to be taken or filling a form e.t.c. from his visitors and the type of visitors that are likely to do things are those with need that his blog is setup to meet; this the kind of traffic targeted for the site in focus. Hence, the importance of having a targeted traffic. It should be noted that targeted website traffic is gotten consistently if the relationship between them and the site is a win-win one. This simply means that you meet your visitors' need as they take desired action(s). For instance a visitor joining your mailing list might be given access to a e-course that share a usefull information.

The search, though long and exhausting was also revealing. It was revealing because it confirmed my suspicion and corroborated my previous believe about making money. The fact is that making money, wether online or offline has a common factor which you cannot escape from if you are serious about making money. The factor is that you must either be selling something of value or rendering a useful service to your clients. Its all about meeting needs and solving problems.

So, the inference from this statament above is that you must have something of value for those who need it before they are going to be willing to part with their money in exchange for your offering (product or service)

Now, this is not a class on economics or business lecture so lets get a bit more specific with how you can make $1000 monthly online.

First, there will be need to be patient. This is especially so if you are just starting to either offer your wares online or if you are just learning the skill that will help you earn a great deal of this kind of money online. You cannot joke with this venture if you are serious about making substantial amout of money on a regular and consistent basis online.
This is so because it will take time to start earning big like this and the earning you get will grow with time.

As this year 2010 is coming to an end a savvy enterpreneur would have taken stock or be taking stock and then be ready or would be ready to take the next year 2011 by the horn. Question like "what do i need to achieve my objective(s)? What organisation or person or association is/are the best to help me? Do i need financing? For what do i need financing? How and when do i get the materials or money that i need? e.t.c. As you seek answer to this questions and more relevant ones you will see a plan crstallise. Then do the very important last thing...
3. Take action.
You have the smart goal and a the apropriate plan in place now go for the kill by taking action. It is the action taker that is the result getter. At some times you will find out that you achive more in a shorter time than you planned. It pays a great deal to act on a SMART goal that is backed by a relevant plan of action. The things to keep a flexible mind so that it will be possible for you to change or modify your plan when necessary. I tell you in order to achieve your set objective/goal you might need to change your plan(s) several times. Be ready and you will succeed.
